Bulldog, Golden Retriever, German Shepherd, Doberman, Labrador, Greyhound…. So many breeds of dogs to choose from and I’m still trying to figure out what the best dog breed for me. I will be confused in choosing the suitable breed of dog to care for. For some people, there is no big deal in choosing the right dog breed and any type of dog would be best if you want dogs for pets. But I don’t agree with that. You need to consider a lot of things when choosing dog breeds.
For instance, if you have little children around the house, it is not recommended to own a pet Pit Bull Terrier. We all know how aggressive this dog is, right? If you have kids and you are not around, that would paint a very ugly and gross picture. You also need to consider the space you have and there are some laws in some states that won’t allow two big dogs in a small apartment. This was what happened to my sister. They got a mortgaged house in CA and they own two dogs, a German Shepherd and a Black Labrador. But when they can’t pay for their house anymore, they gave up on it and moved to a smaller apartment and they need to dispose one of their dogs because it is not allowed to have more than one dog inside an apartment. So, they sold their Shepherd. At this point in time, one needs to learn how to choose dog breed. Maybe, they will allow two or more chihuahuas.
Now, you understand why you need to be very choosy when deciding for what kind of dog breed is best for you. If you love little pets, these Chihuahuas or Dachshunds are good companions.
